Plenty of the calls we take do not need a tow at all. They need someone with the right tool and twenty minutes. We handle those across Salt Lake City around the clock, Monday through Saturday, and if it turns out the problem is bigger than a roadside fix, the truck is already there.
Jumpstarts
We get your engine running and then tell you whether the battery is actually holding a charge or is about to strand you again. A jump that gets you three blocks is not a fix, and you should know which one you got.
Tire Changes
We swap your flat for your spare, working from the side away from traffic wherever the position allows, using proper jack points and correct torque on the lug nuts. We also check the pressure in your spare before we leave, because trunk spares are soft more often than not.
Lockouts
Keys locked in the car, the trunk, or sitting on the driver’s seat behind a locked door. We open the vehicle with proper lockout tools that will not damage the paint, weatherstripping, or the wiring packed into a modern door panel. We will ask you to show the vehicle is yours before we open it.
Fuel Delivery
We bring enough gas or diesel to get you comfortably to the nearest station. Tell us which fuel you need when you call, because that is not a detail worth guessing at.
Winch Outs
Stuck in snow, mud, sand, a ditch, or off the edge of a driveway. We winch the vehicle back onto solid ground, taking the angle that protects the bodywork rather than the one that is quickest.
Sometimes the jump does not hold, the tire is beyond a spare, or the problem was never electrical to begin with. Because we are a towing company first, that discovery does not mean starting over with a second call and a second wait. The flatbed is already on site.
