Working With Law Enforcement
We run on the local police rotation, so a good share of our recovery work comes from officers on scene. That means we are used to arriving at an active scene, taking direction, staying out of the way of the people working it, and clearing the vehicle without adding to the problem.
If an officer has already called a tow, that call may well be us. If you are choosing your own company, tell the officer you have one coming and give them our name.
Where Your Vehicle Goes
You decide, and we will help you think it through. A body shop, a dealership, your home, or our lot while you sort out insurance are all normal outcomes. If you are not in a state to make that call at the scene, we can secure the vehicle and give you time.
Before we leave, we make sure you have a way to retrieve anything you need out of the vehicle. Phones, wallets, car seats, and medication get overlooked constantly in the confusion, and getting them back later is a hassle nobody needs on top of a wreck.
